    • 1 Cake form for brownies

    Ingredients
      

    • 50 g Walnuts Or other nuts
    • 140 ml Milk opt. vegan
    • 400 g Bananas
    • 3o g Shea-Butter
    • 5 g Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 300 g Wholemeal Flour
    • 50 g Maple Syrup
    • 1/2 Apple
    • 25 g Cacao
    • 3 tbsp Baking Powder
    • Salt

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease the loaf pan and dust with spelt flour.
    • Chop the walnut kernels very coarsely with a large knife and toast them without fat in a pan until they begin to smell fragrant. Heat the Shea-Butter until its liquid.
    • Peel the bananas, cut them into 4 cm long pieces and put them in the blender container. Add room-warm milk like almond milk, Shea-Butter and apple cider vinegar and blend with measuring cup inserted for 10 seconds.
    • Add walnuts, spelt flour, maple syrup, cocoa powder, baking powder, and 1 pinch of salt to the mixing bowl and mix with the measuring cup inserted for 1 minute.
    • Pour the batter into the baking pan, smooth it out and bake for 45 minutes. Use a wooden skewer to test for doneness and extend the baking time if necessary. Carefully turn the banana bread out of the tin, tap off any excess flour and leave to cool on a cooling rack.
